Remembrance Day
In our classes we have been thinking, reflecting and preparing for Remembrance Day. Our school Chaplains sold poppies every morning before school. On Friday 10th November, St Peter's class delivered their class assembly all about Remembrance Day and the importance in celebrating this special day. On this day , each class were given a time gather together in collection worship and to place the poppies that they had made at the front of the school and took the time to remember those who have suffered due to war. The whole school had a minute silence to remember those lost in war.
On Sunday 12th November, we came together with our local community to join in a parade on New Malden high street. We gathered together in pray to remember.
