Crusaders Club – Breakfast & Afterschool Club

 

We are delighted to be able to offer our own breakfast and afterschool club.

 

When is Crusaders Open?

 

Mornings: 7.30am till the start of the school day

Afternoons: 3:20pm – 6:30pm

All children should be dropped off at and collected from the Club.

It would really help us with our planning if you could indicate which other afterschool clubs you have booked for your child.

 

What’s on Offer?

 

In the morning, the children will be offered a breakfast consisting of a choice of cereals, toast and jam, a piece of fruit and milk or water. They will also be given the opportunity to participate in table top games.

 

In the afternoon, they will be greeted with a snack and a drink. There will then be a programme of a wide range of activities, including:

 

  • Energetic games
  • Art and craft activities
  • A relaxing time to read a book with another child or an adult and to complete homework
  • Table top games

 

Children staying for the long afternoon session will be given a freshly cooked hot meal. The meals are a sociable affair with all the children eating together.

 

Booking a place

 

If you would like to book spaces in the club, please could you fill in a booking form (the form can be accessed below or from the school Office) and return it to the office as soon as possible, to ensure that we can meet demand. If the spaces are oversubscribed, we will prioritise families who have booked spaces with Crusaders previously.

**If you would like to make any changes to any current sessions, whether these are additional sessions or cancellations, please fill in the 'Amendment and Cancellation' form below and return it to the school office. Please note that we require 2 weeks notice in order to cancel a session.

 

Cost

 

Per Morning session (7.30am – 8.45am): £8.50
Per Short Afternoon session (3.20pm – 4.30pm): £10.50

Per Long Afternoon session (3.20pm – 6.30pm): £15.50

 

Payment is half termly by Parentpay (https://www.parentpay.com/). Childcare vouchers are also accepted.

 

A sibling rate is available for families with two or more children attending Crusaders. Further details about sibling rates can be obtained from the school office.
