SCHOOL COUNCIL

Our School Council is made up of 2 representatives from each KS2 class, plus the Head Boy and Head Girl.  These children bring the views of their class to the meetings and then feed back to classes.  Council meets weekly and the chair and secretary meet with the head teacher to discuss the ideas.

Recently the council has:

• Worked with the PTA and staff to improve the whole KS2 playground
• Discussed changes to the election process to improve the efficiency of the council
• Taken responsibility for improving playtimes, including monitoring use of specific areas of the playground
• Developed ideas for future House competitions
